BOOKING OF THE APARMENT


Your reservation will not be confirmed until Ola Living has received the pre-payment of the rental deposit. In case the credit card provided does not work for payment, Ola Living will contact you in order to formalise the booking by a valid payment method.
Payment of the booking deposit must be made by credit card.
This pre-payment is non-refundable in case of late cancellation.
The remaining amount will be charged 48 hours before the arrival date.
Please note that if you make a same day booking, the official check in time will be from 17pm.
In the confirmation email you will find the exact address of the aparment, contact details, and further arrival and departure instructions.
On arrival, you will be required to pay the remaining rental amount, the security deposit and the tourist tax.
All payments made through the website are made in a secure environment, protected with ssl and redirected to the bank interface to finalise the booking securely requiring a validation of the transaction.
TOURIST TAX
BARCELONA
The Barcelona tourist tax is 4,4€ per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. It is not included in the price. Children under 17 years old are exempt.

 

CANCELLATION
All cancellations or changes must be made in writing by e-mail or fax. Cancellations or changes by telephone are not accepted.
Cancellation free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date.
If cancelled within 48 hours prior to check-in (15:00 p.m. local time), or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
If the client changes the dates or the aparment, it will be understood as a new booking and will be subject to the cancellation conditions.

DEPOSIT
Upon arrival you will be asked to provide a security deposit as well as a valid credit card number to guarantee that the aparment and its contents are returned in good condition. Please remember that by accepting our Terms and Conditions, you agree that any damage caused by you or your companions will be deducted from your security deposit and that you are also responsible for any damage exceeding the amount of the security deposit.
Payment of the security deposit will be requested via credit card: All security deposits paid via credit card will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment 7 days after your departure provided that the aparment has not been damaged.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Preparing for your arrival
Please make sure we have your updated arrival time so that we can plan your check-in and keep your contact person informed of any delays or changes.
Your contact person will have your telephone number and e-mail address in case they need to contact you regarding your arrival time. You can send this information via e-mail to hello@olaliving.es
Your arrival and departure confirmation e-mail clearly states where check-in will take place.
On the day of arrival
You should call your contact person upon arrival at the airport in case you arrive later than the time provided to Ola Living.
The aparment will be available from 15:00hrs, but we will always try to accommodate early arrivals as early as possible. It is extremely important that we have an up to date arrival time. Not having this information will result in you having to wait for your contact and a delay in your check-in.
Please note: Check-in is between 15.00hrs and 01.00hrs, for arrivals after 21:00hrs, there is a 30 euro surcharge for check-in.
DEPARTURE FROM THE APARMENT
Departures must be made at 11:00hrs or earlier. Any unauthorised departure after 11:00hrs will be penalised.
On the day of your departure you must leave your aparment tidy and have disposed of your rubbish correctly. Please leave all sets of keys on the table and lock the door behind you after you leave, having previously made sure that you have all your belongings and that the front door of the building is not locked.
CLEANING THE APARMENT
The aparment must be clean before the arrival of each client.
Before leaving, the client is obliged to leave the aparment in perfect condition, having disposed of the rubbish properly and cleaned the aparment. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning charge.
IDENTIFICATION OF GUESTS
The client will inform Ola Living of the number of guests included in the booking. And at check-in all passports of all occupants will be requested.
Unless otherwise agreed with Ola Living, only the number of persons indicated by the client at the time of booking is authorised to use the aparment.
The number of persons allowed to use the aparment must not exceed the number of persons allocated.
