Your reservation will not be confirmed until Ola Living has received the prepayment of the rental deposit. In the event that the credit card provided does not work to collect, Ola Living will contact you to formalize the reservation using a valid payment method.

Please note that if you make a reservation for the same day, the official check in time will be from 17pm.
In the confirmation email you will find the exact address of the apartment, contact details, and other instructions for arrival and departure.
Upon arrival, you must pay the remaining amount of the rent, the guarantee deposit and the tourist tax.
All payments made through the website are made in a secure environment, protected with ssl and redirected to the bank's interface to finalise the booking securely, requiring validation of the transaction.
Barcelona tourist tax is € 4.4 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. It is not included in the price. Children under 17 are exempt.
All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via email or fax. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
The prepayment will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
If you cancel within 48 hours prior to check-in (15:00 p.m. local time), or in case of no-show, you will be charged the entire reservation.
If the client changes the dates or the apartment, it will be understood as a new reservation and will be subject to the cancellation conditions.
Upon arrival you will be asked to provide a surety bond as well as a valid credit card number to ensure that the apartment and its contents are returned in good condition. Please remember that by accepting our Terms and Conditions, you agree that any damage caused by you or your colleagues will be deducted from your deposit and that you are also responsible for any damage that exceeds the amount of the deposit.
The payment of the deposit will be requested via credit card: All guarantee deposits paid through credit card will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment 7 days after your departure provided the apartment is not has been damaged.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Preparing your arrival
Please make sure we have your updated arrival time so that we can plan your check-in and keep your contact person informed of any delays or changes.
Your contact person will have your phone number and e-mail address in case you need to contact you regarding your arrival time. You can send this information via email to email@example.com
Your arrival and departure confirmation email clearly states where the check-in will take place.
The day of arrival
You should call your contact person upon arrival at the airport in case you arrive later than the time provided to Ola Living.
The apartment will be available from 3:00 p.m., but we will always try to accommodate clients with early arrivals as soon as possible. It is extremely important that we have an updated arrival time. Not having this information will cause you to have to wait for your contact and a delay in your check-in.
Please remember: Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m., for arrivals after 9:00 p.m., there is a surcharge of 30 euros for check-in.
DEPARTURE FROM THE APARTMENT
Departures must be made at 11:00 am or earlier. Any unauthorized departure after 11: 00hrs will be penalized.
The day of your departure you must leave your apartment tidy and have properly disposed of the garbage. Please leave all sets of keys on the table and close the door behind you after leaving and having previously made sure that you have all your belongings and that the main door of the building is not locked.
CLEANING THE APARTMENT
The apartment must be clean before the arrival of each client.
Before leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in perfect condition, having properly disposed of the garbage and collected the apartment. If not, you will be charged the cost of an additional cleaning.
IDENTIFICATION OF THE GUESTS
The client will inform Ola Living of the number of guests included in the reservation. And at check-in, all passports of all occupants will be requested.
Unless it has been agreed with Ola Living otherwise, only the number of people indicated by the client when he made the reservation, will be authorized to use the apartment.
The number of people who can use the apartment must not exceed the number of people assigned to each apartment, except in the case of children under the age of four.
At the moment in which an infraction of the aforementioned obligations is committed, Ola Living by its own criteria will have the right to ask the client to leave the apartment, and the client will not have the right to claim any type of compensation.
BEHAVIOR AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Loud music and parties are prohibited. Guests staying in an Ola Living apartment should know that if parties occur or loud music is heard, or neighbors complain and / or call the police, this may result in an immediate eviction regardless of the time of day. day or night.
Rest hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM
The client, when signing the check-in contract, will be subject to correct and decent behavior by all the people who accompany him. If this person, or one of the people accompanying him, does not behave appropriately and responsibly, Ola Living will have the right to ask the client and the people accompanying him to leave the apartment without the right to future claims or any type of compensation. This will also result in the loss of the prepaid rent and the refundable security deposit.
Also remember that by booking with Ola Living you have already accepted our terms and conditions, and consequently you will be expected to abide by these rules. You will also have to sign these rules when you check-in on the day of your arrival.
Neither Ola Living nor the apartment owner will be responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may occur as a result of the customer's use of the apartment, including unlimited damage, insurance, loss due to fire, theft or criminal behavior.
