Our reception is located at Passatge Sert No. 1, where you can collect your keys between 9:00 AM and 7:30 PM from Monday to Friday (except public holidays). If your arrival is on a Saturday, Sunday, or a weekday public holiday, key collection will be at 228 Aribau Street.
