Description
This studio apartment with a private terrace is located in the Born neighbourhood, which preserves part of medieval Barcelona while breathing the bohemian air of the artists who settled in the area during the 20th century. It is next to the Basilica Santa María del Mar and a few minutes walk from the Palau de la Música Catalana, the Picasso Museum and Ciudadela Park.
The building has a lift (you have to climb 14 steps to get to the lift) and is two stops from the beach (Jaume I metro station: line 4).
It has air conditioning, a safe and free wifi.
The apartment is open-plan with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room in the same room containing a dining table, flat screen television and a double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, all bed and bath linen is provided on arrival.
It offers a beautiful private terrace equipped with table and chairs where you can enjoy spectacular views of the Basilica Santa María del Mar.

Parties or stag/hen groups are not allowed.
Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 9.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Friday (except bank holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a bank holiday during the week) the key collection is at 228 Aribau street. The opening hours are from 09.00 to 20.00.
Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 hours and you have not done the self check in process, there's a late check in fee of 30€. A person from our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.
The tourist tax is not included in the price of the flat. It costs 4.4 euros per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights. PLEASE NOTE: FROM 1 APRIL THE CITY TAX IS 5.5€/ADULT/NIGHT (MAXIMUM 7 NIGHTS).
