The apartment is located on the top floor of the building. It has 1 double bedroom, a small bathroom and a living/dining area with TV. The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge, microwave and hobs. The apartment has air conditioning throughout (split units). In the bedroom there is a narrow staircase leading to a small living room with access to the 20 m² private terrace with panoramic views over the rooftops of Barcelona. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within approximately 400 metres of the apartment.
IMPORTANT: To access the lift, you have to climb some steps. The building is not adapted.
Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays). If your arrival is on a Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at Carrer Aribau 228. The opening hours are from 9am to 8pm. Self check-in with your mobile phone from 3pm.
Please note that if you arrive later than 9pm there is a late check-in fee of €30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.
