Description
Cozy studio divided into two rooms: living-dining room and kitchen facing the main façade and a double bedroom with private toilet facing the back façade, air conditioning (split type), a double bed (135cm) and a small toilet with shower (not suitable for very bulky people). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and cooker. The living-dining room has a Smart TV (43 inches) and Wi-Fi connection. Due to its small size (especially the bathroom!), this small aparment is ideal for those who prefer location over space.IMPORTANT: THE CEILING HEIGHT IS 2 METRES. THE APARMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR VERY TALL PEOPLE.
This flat does not have a private car park; however, you will find a public car park within 200 metres of the aparment.

IMPORTANT: To access the lift you have to climb a few steps. Building not adapted.
Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you should collect your key between 9.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a bank holiday on weekdays) the key collection point is at 228 Aribau street. The opening hours are from 09.00 to 20.00. Self check in with mobile phone from 15.00 onwards
Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 hours there is a late check in charge of 30€. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the aparment.
The Tourist Tax is not included in the price of the aparment. It costs 6.05€ per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.
The aparment does not accept group bookings or stag/hen parties.
