Barcelona - Apartment

This two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is located in the centre of Barcelona, 100 metres from Las Ramblas and 5 minutes walk from Plaza de Catalunya, two of the city's main attractions. It has air conditioning, a safe and free wifi. The apartment has been completely refurbished in an elegant and tasteful style to perfectly combine comfort with interior design. The living room has a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, a dining area equipped with chairs and it has a satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. The main bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobes. The second bedroom features a pull-out bed - 2 single beds, one stored under the other when not in use, wardrobes, and a desk/work area. The elegant bathroom, complete with a shower cubicle, has towels made available upon arrival at the apartment. This apartment does not have private parking. However, there is a public car park about 300 metres from the apartment. The photographs shown of this apartment are a selection of several apartments in the same building. The apartments can vary in terms of decoration and space distribution, but they all have the same style. A specific apartment will be assigned upon arrival. Parties or stag/hen groups are not allowed. The tourist tax is not included in the price of the flat. It costs 6.05€ per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights. You can self-check in with our smartphone app. You will then receive a message with all the information. Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 9.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Friday (except bank holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a bank holiday during the week) the key collection is at 228 Aribau street. The opening hours are from 09.00 to 20.00. Self check in with mobile phone from 15.00 onwards Check-in after 21:00h is done in person at the flats and has an extra cost of 30€.

Duplex apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms located just a few blocks from Plaza de España, near the Old Town and the Port of Barcelona. Very close to the apartment you will find the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc and the National Art Museum of Catalonia. The Las Arenas shopping centre is just a few metres from the apartment where you will find over 100 shops, a cinema and many dining options. The apartment has air conditioning, a safe and free Wi-Fi. The building has been completely renovated with a modern style, while still maintaining the traditional Catalan vaulted ceilings. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable and bright living-dining room, equipped with a flat-screen TV, which gives access to a covered terrace with outdoor table and chairs; the fully equipped kitchen also has access to the terrace and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor of the apartment there are two bedrooms and an additional bathroom with a shower. On this same level there is another small terrace. Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is on Aribau street 228. The opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Self check-in with your mobile phone from 15:00. Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 and have not completed the self check-in process, there is a late check-in fee of €30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed.
