Three-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment completely renovated since February 2019, located next to the Palau de la Música Catalana auditorium, in a modernist style, with an exceptional location, just 10 minutes' walk from Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas, the city's main attractions.
It has air conditioning, a safe, and free Wi-Fi.
With modern finishes, vaulted ceilings, traditional Catalan tiles, parquet floors make this apartment breathe a modern and warm style.
The living room has a comfortable sofa with a dining area equipped with a flat-screen television. The kitchen is integrated into the same living room with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle for tea, dishwasher and washing machine.
The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a single bed. Both bathrooms have a shower, washbasin and WC.
The apartment will be equipped with towels and bed linen.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within approximately 200 metres of the apartment.

Apartment location is perfect for walking everywhere and close to the metro. The description said there was a balcony but when we checked in there was a sign on the door saying that if we used the balcony we would be fined. That was disappointing. see more

The description said there was a balcony but when we checked in there was a sign on the door saying that if we used the balcony we would be fined. That was disappointing. But the apartment was nice enough, the beds were comfortable, showers were warm and had good pressure, and the A/C worked great. We also liked having a grocery store right across the street for incidentals. We would stay here again.

Our family (two adults and two teenage children) had a good stay near the Gothic quarter. The unit was as advertised and was sufficiently spacious for us. We didn’t spend much time in the unit other than in the evenings and mornings. Wouldn’t suggestsee more

We didn’t spend much time in the unit other than in the evenings and mornings. Wouldn’t suggest it if one expects to spend lots of time in the unit as the living room is not very large. The only complaint I would share is that the you can hear the goings on above and adjacent units. The ceiling (I.e., floor of the unit above) is thin so you can hear the footsteps and voices of guests above. Ola Living provided good service as our first night, the unit above had people talking loudly and walking around between 12-2 am. We registered a complaint with Ola and the issue didn’t happen again. All in all, a very good stay.

Duplex apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms located a few blocks from Plaza de España, close to the Old Town and Barcelona's port. Very near the apartment you will find the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc and the National Art Museum of Catalonia. The Las Arenas shopping centre is just a few metres from the apartment where you will find more than 100 shops, a cinema and many gastronomic options.
It has air conditioning, safe and free Wi-Fi connection.
The building is completely renovated with a modern style, while at the same time maintaining the Catalan and traditional vaulted ceilings.
At street level, there is the dining room, comfortable and bright, equipped with a flat-screen television, which gives access to a covered terrace equipped with outdoor table and chairs; the kitchen, fully equipped and also has access to the terrace and a bathroom equipped with a shower.
