Description
Duplex apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms located a few blocks from the Plaza de España, near the Old Town and the port of Barcelona. The apartment is located very close to the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and the National Art Museum of Catalonia. The Las Arenas shopping centre is located a few metres from the apartment where you will find more than 100 shops, a cinema and many dining options.
It has air conditioning, a safe and free wifi.
The building is completely refurbished in a modern style, while at the same time still maintaining the traditional Catalan vaulted ceilings.
On the street level, there is the comfortable and bright living-dining room, equipped with a flat-screen television, which gives access to a covered terrace equipped with an outdoor table and chairs; the fully equipped kitchen also has access to the terrace and a bathroom with a shower.
The two bedrooms are found on the apartment's first floor along with an additional bathroom with a shower. On this same level there is another small terrace.
Towels and bedding are provided for the stay.
Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 9.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Friday ( except weekday holidays ). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a bank holiday during the week) the key collection is at 228 Aribau street. The opening hours are from 09.00 to 20.00. Self check in with mobile phone from 15.00 onwards
Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 hours and you have not done the self check in process, there's a late check in fee of 30€. A person from our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.
Parties or stag/hen groups are not allowed.
The tourist tax is not included in the price of the flat. It costs 6.05€ euros per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.
