Fabulous studio in the heart of Barcelona. With capacity for one person, it is located in the Born district, very close to Santa Maria del Mar and Plaza St Jaume.
The flat is provided with towels and bed linen on arrival. It also has an equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher,
There is no private parking. However, there is a public car park about 250 metres from the flat.
- Exclusive flat for monthly rentals: reservations with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum stay of 11 months.
- Deposit: 1 month
- Final cleaning 120 euros
- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 150 euros. At the end of the stay the real cost will be calculated. In case the consumption is significantly exceeded in some of the months, the tenant will be informed and an extra charge will be made.
- Not allowed: Parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties.
- Prices for bookings of minimum 3 months. For bookings of less time, please ask for prices. The prices of the accommodation and the management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and in advance of the date of entry to the flat. In the case of expenses, this is the price scale:
* 1 month: 1 monthly payment with a discount of 60% + VAT.
* 2-3 months: 1 monthly payment with a discount of 40% + VAT
* 4-5 months: 1 monthly payment with a discount of 20% + VAT
* 6-11 months: 1 month's rent + VAT
Please note that the key collection is at Pasaje Sert number 1 from Monday to Friday and weekends at Aribau street number 228. Check-ins after 21:00h are done in person at the flats and have an extra cost of 30€.
