Attic apartment with private terrace renovated in August 2016 with one bedroom and one bathroom located in the heart of the city, just a few metres from Las Ramblas and the famous Portal del Ángel, and next to the Church of Santa Anna. You have to climb a narrow staircase of 29 steps to reach the lift. The living room has a flat-screen TV, a dining table with chairs and access to a balcony overlooking a famous commercial street in the city centre. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped. The master bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided upon arrival. The apartment does not have a washing machine or dryer. No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed. The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights. Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at Carrer Aribau 228. The opening hours are from 9am to 8pm. Self-check-in with your mobile phone from 3pm. Arrivals after 9pm are done in person at the apartments and have an additional cost of €30.

Cosy studio divided into two areas: living-dining room and kitchen facing the main facade, and a double bedroom with private bathroom facing the rear facade. In the bedroom we find air conditioning (split type), a double bed (135cm) as well as a small bathroom with shower (not suitable for very large people). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and hobs. The living-dining room has a Smart TV (43 inches) and Wi-Fi connection. Due to its small dimensions (especially the bathroom!) this small apartment is ideal for those who prioritise location over space. This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within about 200 metres of the apartment. IMPORTANT: To access the lift, you have to climb some steps.
