Cosy studio perfect for one person or a couple, the location could not be better, stay in the old town of Barcelona and enjoy its bohemian side surrounded by the artists who settled in the area during the 20th century, next to the Basilica of Santa María del Mar and a few minutes' walk from the Palau de la Música Catalana, the Picasso Museum and the Ciutadella Park and Barceloneta beach.

It is located in the Born neighbourhood, very close to Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, El Corte Inglés and La Rambla.

It is divided into two environments: living-dining room and kitchen facing the main facade and a double bedroom with private bathroom facing the rear facade.

In the bedroom we found the air conditioning (split type), a double bed (135cm) as well as a small toilet with a shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and hobs.

You do not have a washing machine, but you will find two laundromats very close by:
Lavomatic - Carrer del Consolat de Mar, 43, 45 - 3 min walking
La Wash - Carrer del Correu Vell, 7 - 10 min walking

The living-dining room has a Smart TV (43 inches) and Wi-Fi connection.

The apartment is delivered with towels and bedding upon your arrival.

This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within approximately 200 metres of the apartment.

IMPORTANT: To access the lift, you need to climb some steps. Building not adapted.

- Exclusive apartment for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.

- Deposit: 1 month

- Final cleaning: 100£

- Supplies are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: £110.

- Not permitted: neither parties nor stag/hen do

Management expenses are subject to the contract duration and advance notice of the apartment entry date.

- Agency fees:
* 1-2 months: €250 + VAT.
* 3-5 months: €500 + VAT.
* 6-9 months: €800 + VAT.
* 10-11 months: €1,150 + VAT

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 hours Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection takes place at number 228 Aribau Street.

For corporate bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
