* 3-5 months: €1,000 + VAT
* 6-9 months: €1,600 + VAT
* 10-11 months: €2,250 + VAT

- Security deposit: 1 month's rent

Our reception is located at 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at 228 Carrer Aribau.

Arrivals after 21:00 are done in person at the apartments.

For corporate bookings, 21% VAT will be added to the published price.
