This two-bedroom, one-bathroom interior duplex is located next to the Palau de la Música Catalana auditorium, in a modernist style, with an exceptional location, just a 10-minute walk from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas, the main attractions of the city.

It has free air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.

With modern finishes, vaulted ceilings, traditional Catalan tiles, parquet floors make this apartment breathe a modern and warm style.

On the ground floor, we find the rooms and a full bathroom with a shower. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds.

On the first floor, you will find a warm living room that has a comfortable sofa with a dining area equipped with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is integrated into the same living room with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle for tea, dishwasher, and washing machine. We also find a bathroom.

The apartment will be equipped with towels and bed linens.

This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public parking lot within about 200 meters of the apartment.

- Exclusive apartment for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.

- Agency fees:
* 1-2 months: 650€ + VAT.
* 3-5 months: 850€ + VAT.
* 6-9 months: 1050€ + VAT.
* 10-11 months: 1200€ + VAT.

- Supplies are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 200 euros.

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 9:00 and 20:00 hours Monday through Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key pickup is done at number 228 Aribau Street.

For business bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
