This two-bedroom and one-bathroom interior apartment is located next to the Palau de la Música Catalana auditorium, in a modernist style, with an exceptional location, just a 10-minute walk from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas, the city's main attractions.

It has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

The living room has a comfortable sofa with a dining area equipped with a flat-screen television. The kitchen is integrated into the same living room with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle for tea, dishwasher and washing machine.

The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.

The apartment will be equipped with towels and bed linen.

This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within approximately 200 metres of the apartment.

- Exclusive apartment for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.

- Prices for bookings of a minimum of 3 months. For bookings of less time, please consult prices. The prices of accommodation and management expenses are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance notice of the entry date to the apartment.

- Agency fees:
* 1-2 months: €600 + VAT.
* 3-5 months: €800 + VAT.
* 6-9 months: €1000 + VAT.
* 10-11 months: €1450 + VAT.

- Deposit: 1 month

- Supplies are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly supplies fee: 200 euros.

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 hours from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is done at number 228 Aribau Street.

For company bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
