This two-bedroom and one-bathroom interior apartment is located next to the Palau de la Música Catalana auditorium, in Modernist style, with an exceptional location, just a 10-minute walk from Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas, the main attractions of the city.

It has air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.

With modern finishes, vaulted ceilings, traditional Catalan tiles, and parquet floors, this apartment has a modern and warm style.

The living room has a comfortable sofa with a dining area equipped with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is integrated into the same living room with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle for tea, dishwasher and washing machine.

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

The apartment will be equipped with towels and bedding.

This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within about 200 metres of the apartment.

- Exclusive apartment for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.

- Prices for bookings of at least 3 months. For bookings of less time, please check prices. Accommodation prices and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance booking date.

- Agency fees:
* 1-2 months: €550 + VAT.
* 3-5 months: €750 + VAT.
* 6-9 months: €950 + VAT.
* 10-11 months: €1350 + VAT.

- Security deposit: 1 month

- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: €200.

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at 228 Carrer Aribau.

For business bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
