It is located in the Gothic Quarter, very close to Plaza Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia, and Las Ramblas,

The apartment itself is furnished and the kitchen is cozy and comes with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, and microwave.

It does not have a private parking lot, however, you will find public parking about 250 meters from the apartment.

You do not have a washing machine. You will find two laundromats, both are 10 minutes walking distance:
WOSH on Trafalgar Street 72
MERLIN LAUNDRY on Vigatans Street 2.

This apartment does not have air conditioning, but being an apartment in an old building maintains a very pleasant temperature throughout the year.

It is delivered with towels and bed linens upon arrival.

- Exclusive apartment for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.

- Bail: 1 month

- Final cleaning 120 euros

- Supplies are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 120 euros.

- Prices for bookings of a minimum of 3 months. For bookings of less time, please consult prices. Accommodation prices and management fees are subject to the contract duration and advance notice of the entry date to the apartment.

- Agency fees:
* 1-2 months: 500€ + VAT.
* 3-5 months: 600€ + VAT.
* 6-9 months: 800€ + VAT.
* 10-11 months: 1200€ + VAT

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 9:00 and 20:00 hours Monday through Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key pickup is done at number 228 Aribau Street.

For business bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
