It is located in the Gothic Quarter, very close to Catalonia Square, Paseo de Gracia and Las Ramblas.
The apartment itself is furnished and the kitchen is cosy and comes with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator and microwave.
It does not have a private car park; however, you will find public parking approximately 250 metres from the apartment.
You don't have a washing machine. You will find two laundries, both a 10-minute walk away:

This apartment does not have air conditioning, but being an apartment in an old building, it maintains a very pleasant temperature throughout the year.
