It is located in the Gothic Quarter, very close to Catalonia Square, Passeig de Gràcia and Las Ramblas,

The apartment itself is furnished and the kitchen is cosy and comes with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator and microwave.

It does not have a private parking, however, you will find public parking about 250 metres from the apartment.

You do not have a washing machine. You will find two laundromats, both 10 minutes walking:

LAUNDRY MERLIN on Vigatans Street 2.

This apartment does not have air conditioning, but being an apartment in an old building maintains a very pleasant temperature throughout the year.

It is delivered with towels and sheets upon arrival.

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 hours from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on a Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is done at number 228 Aribau Street.
