The apartment consists of a double room with a balcony and private bathroom, a single room with a small private patio, and two double rooms which have two single beds that can be used for one or two people.

It is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a bright living room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, table and chairs.

The accommodation has Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.

Upon arrival, you will find towels and bed linen included.

- Exclusive apartment for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.

- Deposit: 1 month

- Final cleaning: £350

- Supplies are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly supply rate: 400 euros.

- Price for bookings of a minimum of 3 months. For bookings of less time, please consult the prices. Prices are subject to the duration of the contract and prior notice of the entry date to the apartment.

- Agency commissions:
* 1-2 months: £1,000 + VAT.
* 3-5 months: £1,250 + VAT.
* 6-9 months: £1,600 + VAT.
* 10-11 months: £2,000 + VAT.

Our reception is located at number 1 of Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 hours from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on a Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is done at number 228 of Aribau street.
