Exclusive apartment for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.

- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities rate: 400 euros.

- Price for bookings of a minimum of 3 months. For bookings of less time, please consult the prices. Prices are subject to the duration of the contract and prior notice of the entry date to the apartment.

- Agency commissions:
* 1-2 months: 1,000€ + VAT.
* 3-5 months: 1,250€ + VAT.
* 6-9 months: 1,600€ + VAT.
* 10-11 months: 2,000€ + VAT.

Our reception is located at number 1 of Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 hours from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on a Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is done at number 228 of Aribau street.
