3-bedroom apartment in the centre of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, El Born and Barceloneta.
It has Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and a safe. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a washbasin and a bright living room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, tables and chairs.
The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.
It does not have a private parking. However, you will find a public parking lot about 150 meters from the apartment.
- Exclusive apartment for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.
- Deposit: 1 month

- Final cleaning 250£
- Supplies are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly supplies fee: 300 euros. At the end of the stay, the real cost will be calculated. In the event that consumption is notably exceeded in some of the months, the tenant will be informed and the extra charge will be processed
- Prices for bookings of a minimum of 3 months. For bookings of less time, please consult prices. Prices are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance notice of the entry date to the apartment. In the case of expenses, this is the price scale:
- Agency fees:
* 1-2 months: 1000€ + VAT.
* 3-5 months: 1250€ + VAT.
* 6-9 months: 1600€ + VAT.
* 10-11 months: 2000€ + VAT.
Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 hours from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), you can collect the keys at number 228 Aribau Street.
