Two-bedroom apartment in the centre of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, El Born and Barceloneta.
It has Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and a safe. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bright living room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, tables and chairs.
The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.
- Exclusive apartment for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.
- Deposit: 1 month

- Final cleaning 180€
- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 180 euros.
- Prices for bookings of a minimum of 3 months. For bookings of less time, please consult prices. Prices are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance notice of the entry date to the apartment.
- Agency fees:
* 1-2 months: €650 + VAT.
* 3-5 months: €850 + VAT.
* 6-9 months: €1,050 + VAT.
* 10-11 months: €1,750 + VAT.
The apartments may vary in terms of decoration and distribution of spaces, but they all have the same style. Upon arrival, a specific apartment will be assigned.
Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 hours Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), you can collect the keys at number 228 Aribau Street.
