Two-bedroom apartment in the centre of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, the Born and Barceloneta.
You have Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and a safe. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bright living room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, tables and chairs.
The apartment is provided with towels and bedding upon arrival.
You do not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park approximately 150 metres from the apartment.
- Exclusive apartment for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.
- Prices for bookings of a minimum of 3 months. For shorter bookings, please enquire about prices. Accommodation prices and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and the notice period for the apartment entry date.
- Deposit: 1 month

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 hours Monday to Friday (except public holidays on Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), you can collect the keys at number 228 Aribau Street.
