- Supplies are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly rate: 300 euros.

- Prices for reservations of a minimum of 3 months. For shorter bookings, please ask about prices. Prices are subject to the duration of the contract and prior notice of the date of entry to the apartment.

- Agency fees:
* 1-2 months: 1000€ + VAT.
* 3-5 months: 1250€ + VAT.
* 6-9 months: 1600€ + VAT.
* 10-11 months: 2000€ + VAT.

Our reception is located at number 1 of the Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 9:00 and 20:00 hours from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on a Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), you can pick up the keys at 228 Aribau Street.

For corporate bookings, 21% VAT will be added to the published price.
