- Exclusive apartment for monthly rent: reservations accepted for a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.
- Agency fees:
* 1 month: 1 monthly payment with a discount of 60% + VAT
* 2-3 months: 1 monthly payment with a discount of 40% + VAT
* 4-5 months: 1 monthly payment with a discount of 20% + VAT
* 6-11 months: 1 monthly payment + VAT
- Security Deposit: 2 months
- Utilities are not included in the monthly rental price. Monthly utilities fee: 250 euros. The actual cost will be calculated at the end of the stay. In the event that consumption significantly exceeds this figure in some months, the tenant will be informed and the extra cost will be charged.
