This apartment combines modern style with the maintenance of traditional beams, making the stay a completely cosy and warm experience.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, a plasma screen TV and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dryer.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a plasma TV, the second bedroom has two single beds.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle and towels.
The apartment also has Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and a safe.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, there is a public car park within about 250 metres of the apartment.
No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed.
- Exclusive apartment for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.
- Security deposit: 1 month

* 1-2 months: £750 + VAT.
* 3-5 months: £900 + VAT.
* 6-9 months: £1,050 + VAT.
* 10-11 months: £1,800 + VAT.
Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at 228 Aribau Street.
For business bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
