In this square of Barcelona's historic centre, you can take any of the surrounding streets, where you will find cobblestone alleys full of history, art and restaurants.
This apartment combines modern style together with the maintenance of traditional wooden beams, turning the stay into a totally cosy and warm experience.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, plasma screen television and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dryer.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and towels.
The apartment also has Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and a safe.
This apartment does not have a private parking space. However, a public car park can be found within approximately 250 metres of the apartment.
The farm has 8 steps to reach the elevator.
- Exclusive apartment for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.
- Deposit: 2 months
- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 360 euros.
- Final cleaning 350€
Prices for bookings of a minimum of 3 months. For bookings of less time, please consult prices. The prices of accommodation and management expenses are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance notice of the entry date to the apartment.

* 1-2 months: 1160€ + VAT.
* 3-5 months: 2490€ + VAT.
* 6-9 months: 3320€ + VAT.
* 10-11 months: 4150€ + VAT.
Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 hours from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or on a holiday during the week), you can collect the keys at Aribau street 228.
For company bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
