These 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartments are modern and elegant in style and are located in the attractive L'Eixample district, 5 minutes walking from Plaça Catalunya, Plaça Universitat metro station and Passeig de Gràcia, which connect with the entire city, in a lively area with numerous bars and restaurants.
The apartment features mosaic floors and modernist-style doors that make it a very cosy apartment.
They are exterior and have a balcony, heating, Wi-Fi connection and Air Conditioning.
The lounge has comfortable sofas and television.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine and tumble dryer.
It has a double room for two people with a private bathroom, a double room with a balcony, and a standard double room. The apartment has, in addition to the private bathroom, a bathroom equipped with a shower to be shared between the other two rooms. All beds come with a storage base, which provides more storage space.
The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 hours Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection takes place at number 228 Aribau Street.
