These three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments feature a modern, elegant style and are located in the appealing L'Eixample district, a five-minute walk from Plaça de Catalunya. The apartment has mosaic floors and modernist-style doors, which makes it a very inviting space. Located in a very lively area, with lots of bars and restaurants.

The apartments are on the exterior of the building and have a balcony, heating and Wi-Fi.

The living room has comfortable sofas and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, glass-ceramic hob, washer and dryer.
It has a double room for two people with private bathroom, a double room with a balcony and one standard double room. In addition to the en suite bathroom, the apartment has a bathroom with a shower to share between the other two bedrooms.

Towels and bed linen will be found in the apartment on arrival.
The apartments are just 600 metres from the famous Plaça de Catalunya and a five-minute walk from the Plaça Universitat and Passeig de Gràcia metro stations, which connect you to the entire city.

* 1 month: 1 monthly payment with a discount of 60% + VAT
* 2-3 months: 1 monthly payment with a discount of 40% + VAT
* 4-5 months: 1 monthly payment with a discount of 20% + VAT
* 6-11 months: 1 month's rent + VAT

- Deposit: 2 months

- Final cleaning 290 euros

- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 270 euros. At the end of the stay the real cost will be calculated. In the event that the consumption is significantly exceeded in some of the months, the tenant will be informed and an extra charge will be made.

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or on a public holiday during the week), the key collection point is 228 Aribau street.

Check-in after 21:00h is done in person at the flats and has an extra cost of 30€.

For corporate bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
