Fabulous studio in the heart of Barcelona. With capacity for one person, it is located in the Born neighbourhood, very close to Santa María del Mar and St Jaume Square.

The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.

It does not have a private car park. However, you will find a public car park about 250 metres from the apartment.

The building does not have a lift and to access the flat, 32 steps must be climbed.

- Exclusive apartment for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.

- Deposit: 1 month

- Supplies are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 150 euros.

- Prices for bookings of a minimum of 3 months. For bookings of less time, please consult prices. The prices of accommodation and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance notice of the entry date to the apartment.

- Agency fees:
* 1-2 months: €500 + VAT.
* 3-5 months: €750 + VAT.
* 6-9 months: €1,000 + VAT.
* 10-11 months: €1,400 + VAT.

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 hours Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection takes place at number 228 Aribau Street.
