- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 150€

- Prices for bookings of a minimum of 3 months, for bookings of less time, please consult prices. The prices of accommodation and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance notice of the entry date to the apartment.

- Agency fees:
* 1-2 months: €500 + VAT.
* 3-5 months: €750 + VAT.
* 6-9 months: €1,000 + VAT.
* 10-11 months: €1,400 + VAT.

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 hours Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection takes place at number 228 Aribau Street.
