These 4 or 5 -bedroom and 3-bathroom apartments are modern and elegant in the attractive L'Eixample district, 50 meters from Avenida Diagonal. The property is located in a lively area with many bars and restaurants.
The apartments have a balcony in the lounge area, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection.
The living room has comfortable sofas and television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.
The double room has a shared bathroom outside, and will be provided with towels and bed linen on arrival.
The apartments are located just 500 meters from the famous Rambla de Cataluña and a 10-minute walk from the FGC de Gràcia and Provença train stations, and the Diagonal metro station that connects to the entire city. A 15-minute walk we find the exclusive Passeig de Gracia, where La Pedrera and Gaudí's Casa Batlló are located.

Parties or stag parties are not allowed.
The prices are subject to the duration of the contract and the date of arrival at the apartment.
Agency fees:
* 1 month: 1 monthly payment with a discount of 60% + VAT
* 2-3 months: 1 monthly payment with a discount of 40% + VAT
* 4-5 months: 1 monthly payment with a discount of 20% + VAT
* 6-11 months: 1 month's rent + VAT
Reservations accepted for a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.
- Security Deposit: 1 month
- Utilities are not included in the monthly rental price. Monthly utilities fee: 90 euros. The actual cost will be calculated at the end of the stay. In the event that consumption significantly exceeds this figure in some months, the tenant will be informed and the extra cost will be charged.
- Final cleaning: 80 euros.

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday holiday) the key collection is at 228 Aribau street.
For corporate bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
