The studio is located in the centre of Barcelona, just a few metres from the Ramblas and Portal del Angel, two of the city's best-known attractions.
It has air conditioning, a safe and free Wi-Fi.
This flat has a balcony overlooking one of the most commercial streets of the city, decorated in a modern style, and at the same time making it very welcoming for anyone staying in it.
The living room has a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed, a dining area equipped with chairs and a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.
The bedroom is in the same room, equipped with a double bed.
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower.
The flat is provided with towels and bed linen on arrival.

No parties or stag/hen parties are allowed.
Exclusive flat for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum stay of 11 months.
- Agency fees:
* 1 month: 1 monthly payment with a discount of 60% + VAT.
* 2-3 months: 1 monthly payment with a discount of 40% + VAT
* 4-5 months: 1 monthly payment with a discount of 20% + VAT
* 6-11 months: 1 month's rent + VAT
- Deposit: 2 months
- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly rent for utilities: 150 euros. At the end of the stay the real cost will be calculated. In the event that the consumption is significantly exceeded in some of the months, the tenant will be informed and an extra charge will be made.
The prices are subject to the duration of the contract and in advance of the date of entry to the flat.
Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must pick up your key between 9.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday holiday) the key collection is at 228 Aribau street.
